This award is for an Interprofessional Mental Health and Addictions (IMHA) Post-Degree Diploma program graduate who demonstrate exceptional application of knowledge and skills to support individuals with mental illness and/or addiction challenges in their practice setting(s), as evidenced by observations of mentors and instructors, student logbook entries, and client/staff feedback.

Criteria

The Student must:

be a graduate of the Interprofessional Mental Health and Addictions (IMHA) Post-Degree Diploma program during the current offering or academic calendar year.
