Two ways to do your Professional Cook technical training

As an apprentice, you鈥檒l spend about 80% of your time on the job, so you earn while you learn. In addition to that practical experience, you also need to sign up for technical training each year.

You can take the technical training portions of your culinary apprenticeship in person or online.
